Amina: Street Dog to Cherished Family Member

Two weeks ago, our team found Amina wandering the medina in Marrakech, weak and infected with mange. She was hiding in alleyways and surviving on scraps.

Dr. Amira at Marrakech Animal Hospital treated her infections, vaccinated her, and performed her spay surgery. Within one week, Amina’s fur began to grow back—and her eyes lit up.

Last Monday, a family from Spain adopted her online. She is now living her best life in Barcelona.

Emergency Surgery Saves Rocky’s Life

Rocky was hit by a car on the streets of Casablanca. Our emergency response team found him within minutes—bleeding, in shock, and barely breathing.

Dr. Hassan at Casablanca Pet Clinic rushed him into surgery for broken ribs, internal bleeding, and a fractured leg. It was touch and go. Three weeks later, Rocky is walking, playing, and recovering in a foster home.

What made the difference? Speed, skill, and a €100 emergency donation that helped cover his surgery. Rocky’s adoption paperwork is now being processed, and a family in the UK is waiting to bring him home.

From Starving to Radiant: Luna’s 30-Day Journey

Luna was found in Fez—skin and bones, barely recognizable as a dog. She was suffering from malnutrition and parasites, with despair in her eyes.

Our volunteer Maria took her in and gave her daily meals, medication, and love. On day one, Luna could not stand. By day seven, she took her first walks. On day 14, her coat started growing back. By day 30, she was unrecognizable: healthy, shiny, and joyful.

A local Moroccan family adopted her. She now plays in their garden every day. The total cost of food, medicine, and care was €87. The transformation was priceless.

Sultan was a fixture on the streets of Tangier for three years: territorial, scared, and untrusting. No one wanted him.

Our team worked with him for two months—slowly, patiently, building trust. Dr. Khalid at Tangier Veterinary Clinic treated his chronic infections and behavioral issues. We invested €156 in his rehabilitation.

Then we met the Benali family, a local Moroccan couple looking for a mature, loyal dog. They understood Sultan’s past and committed to his future. Today, he is gentle, loving, and at peace. He sleeps on the best rug in the house. He is home.
